Glen Erasmia Residential Development

The Glen Erasmia residential development was done as a joint venture with Mary-Anne da Costa Architect to provide a prototype apartment block, that could be repeatedly placed on a site to create a contemporary and high-density residential complex. A typical block would consist of a mix of 1, 2- and 3-bedroom units with a central staircase. Ground floor access from both the north and south allows flexibility for placement on a site to accommodate parking and access from any side.
