House Boshoff

House Boshoff is a contemporary farm-style house designed for a client in the Heritage Hill estate. The design draws its inspiration from the vernacular farm typology having a large Northern covered patio that lives out towards the street edge and with a beautiful view over the Lemon orchards. The open plan kitchen and dining room opens up completely towards a North facing herb garden that is covered by a pergola for solar control, drawing the smells of the garden into the house. The Swimming pool and braai area are located towards the South to provide privacy and a connection towards the recording studio above the Garage.
