The Protea Estate development will consist of 293 units, being a combination of 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units for rental stock. The design of the blocks employ a combination of low-maintenance and maintenance free materials with mono-pitched roofs and a site layout that ensures optimal solar orientation. The long facades are broken up by a series of balconies with soft and hard roofs while landscaping is employed to soften and screen off the parking and circulation required to adhere to council requirements.
