Stage 3: Design Development (20% of professional fee)

• Confirm the scope and complexity
• Review the design and consult with local and statutory authorities
• Develop the design, construction system, materials and components
• Incorporate all services and the work of the consultants
• Review the design, costing and programme with the consultants
• Deliverables include:
  • Site Plan
  • Floor Plans
  • Sections
  • Elevations
  • Electrical Layout (by Electrical engineer)
  • Boundary Walls
  • 3D Visualisations of design
• Live rendered fly-through of the design as an additional service
• Photo realistic interior renderings as an additional service
• Panoramic virtual reality views of the design as an additional service
