  • Receive, appraise and report on the client’s requirements with regards to:
  • The Client’s brief
  • The site and its rights and constraints
  • Budgetary constraints
  • The need for other professional consultants
  • The Project programme/timeline
  • Stage 1 will be considered the deposit to be paid prior to commencement of the project.
